If you are interested in learning Spanish and how to be a missionary, this is for you. Mexico Missions has been working in Mexico for the past 18 years, and we are now starting a school of missions program where you will learn Spanish and you will also learn how to be a missionary. You will learn film evangelism, how to work with children, how to share the gospel through dramas and clowns, how to share your vision with the churches in the states, and how to have a successful missionary life.
You will live at the mission base in Cancun, Mexico. We will have Spanish classes every day from 8 A.M. until 12 P.M. Monday through Friday.
These classes will be on video so they will be at your pace. If you miss a class or want to review something, you can re-watch it at night or on the weekends. These are excellent videos and you will be amazed at how fast you are learning Spanish.
You will also be paired with a local church. You will attend their church and also help them as you go along. You will learn what they need and also learn how to help them, by your example of serving, to move forward spiritually and also physically. As you learn Spanish you will be able to participate more and more in their services and in their ministries, as the Lord leads.
What does the school include?
- Spanish video classes. You will buy your own workbook, verb book, homework packet, oral interview book and a set of videos for you to keep.
